THE MISSION OF OUR CENTER is to empower people’s lives by sharing the arts of Shaolin Temple - a wholistic way of living with a history spanning over 1,500 years.

WE HELP PEOPLE possess a courage that breaks them free from hinderance or fears so they get the most of life.

TEMPLE CITY LOCATION

An amazing school that teaches authentic Shaolin Kung Fu. The instructors are the real deal; straight from the Shaolin Temple, Song Shan Mountain, China. I gave been learning for the past 9+ years, and I look forward to the next 20!! Come try for yourself!! 😀

Small, tight-knit community. If you're looking for an intimate setting where you can really learn the deep-rooted techniques of kung fu while sweating (a lot), this is definitely the spot.

I have looked into other Kung Fu studios before decided to come here as the Shīfu(s) are from the Shaolin Temple. Their teaching emphasis are on traditional Kung Fu and Chan Meditation. I would recommend for anyone who wants to learn traditional Kung Fu to check out this place.
